Returns Policies and Rules
We are more than happy to accept a Return for any reason!!
We carry a full line of Lego Products from the Original Sets (New and Used) to the Parts for the sets, the Instruction Manuals, the Original Boxes, Original Sticker Sheets, etc. We have broken this down into specific categories and separated them by theme to minimize confusion but sometimes ordering mistakes still happen. We understand that sometimes orders are placed by children who have misunderstood the description that is why we have a very liberal returns policy.
We are the worlds largest provider of retired Lego Parts and Instruction Manuals, providing replacement parts and materials to over 38 AFOL Clubs and organizations and over 140,000 customers worldwide.
We currently have over 1,000,000 different Lego Sets and Parts in our Inventory.
Although we try our best, Mistakes will happen from time to time.
In the event you have placed an order in error, or have received an item you do not want,
simply send it back to us for a full refund**
Easy to Follow RETURNS DIRECTIONS
Step #1 Check and Note any Damage on the Original Package
Step #2 Email us to let us now you are returning your package
Step #3 Mail Original Package back to the Return Address Listed
Step #4 DO NOT MARK the original package REFUSED or RTS
(These type's of returns almost never come back to us!!)
Step #5 Place any Envelopes Received into a New Envelope for mailing
Step #6 Contact us if you have not heard form us or have not received a refund
We are very easy to get a hold of, simply email us and we will respond within 24hours
We do have the Following Return Exceptions!!
We do not accept the returns of Large Lego Sets
(these would be sets usually comprised of 500 or more pieces/have a box that is over 2ft long)
All Sales on Large Sets are Final. If a Large Set is missing parts (applies to used sets only) the missing parts will be replaced by us and sent out to you. This applies to used sets unless the part was specifically listed as missing in the description of the set.
We do not accept Returns of MISB sets that have been opened.
Electronic items being returned are at our discretion. Video games may not be returned if the package has been opened.
We do not accept Returns of Manuals if they were sent to you sealed and you opened them. This does not include the mailing envelope, just the clear poly bag if applicable.

We have individuals who enjoy purchasing manuals and then copying them for their own personal use or to sell the copies on ebay, especially the ultra rare manuals.
Please email us a note to let us know that you are returning the item.
The item to be returned must be mailed back to us within 14 days of having received it.

The item must be in the same condition as it was received,
we do have an identifier that will let us know if the parts have been changed.
**All returned items will be refunded in the manner in which they were paid for excluding shipping and any associated Google/PayPal transaction fees paid on the item returned. Whatever credit card/paypal transaction fees we were charged are the exact fees we pass on and are not padded. Proof of these transaction fees is always available.
In the event that you feel the need to file a dispute with PayPal rather then returning your order then please understand the following.
Paypal will not get involved with Off-Ebay Transactions.
We will never approve any requests for a refund without the product being returned, no exceptions! We feel customers who keep the product, refusing to return the order and file disputes to keep the money as well are stealing. When this happens we refer the entire customer file to our collections firm. We ask only what is fair, that the product be returned in exchange for a refund.

Shipping
We ship using only the U.S. Postal Service, we provide tracking on all shipments and offer insurance during checkout, you can select the method of shipment for your order during checkout from a list of available options based on weight and destination as well as contents ordered. Shipping rates are determined from the USPS Rates Chart, and originate from U.S. Zip code 92583.
Please check that your shipping address is correct as we will be shipping your order to the address provided with payment, for Google users this will be the address associated with the credit card used. For all paypal payments the order will be shipped to the address associated with paypal/confirmed address or an alternative address provided through paypal memo or notes..
Customs
We mark customs forms for international shipments as or "Used Lego Parts" or "Lego Manuals" with the actual value paid for the order. We will not reduce the value or claim your order as a gift. Instruction Manuals will be marked as Documents, and part orders will be marked as commercial sample.
